This fucker is Sceptile 2.0. Its better off running Contrary Leaf Storm to be worthwhile, but has a better physical movepool than special. Wheres the Focus Blast when you can learn Brick Break? Wheres the Sludge Bomb when you can learn Poison Jab? Wheres the Bug Buzz when your a FUCKING MANTIS? AHHHGH IT HAS SO MUCH POTENTAL TO BE DECENT
