Literally one move, and it gets it at level 40 so if you catch one to use on the first 2, possibly even 3 islands there's a chance you won't get a STAB from it.

The fact that it doesnt get Fire/Electric/Psychic/Ghost moves and has them switch between forms is kinda sad.
eg Ember/Thundershock/Confusion/Night Shade or Flamethrower/Thunderbolt/Psychic/Shadow Ball to name a few
