Yes, absolutley. Jolly and Adamant are the way to go on this little fella. Just wished he got rock slide so he could be a complete bastard in doubles. Interested in the potential of mixed sets (mostly because my in game one is Naive...), S-Smash/[coverage]/acro/power gem seems to be the way to go on those ones.

Shiny Minior is black core, the shell is the same. Just like with every other Pokemon, the shiny version isn't considered a separate "form", there's nothing to break. Minior's colours are considered forms in a sense. A shiny Minior will be black even if the parent was red and the Pokedex would say "red core". It just means you have a shiny red cored Minior.

So what EVs are you guys using? 252 atk 252 spd?

When I was grinding Miniors for experience I think I might have heard the shiny sound effect but killed it because I wasn't really paying attention and the shell looked the same, and I can't even check if I imagined that or not because it doesn't show it in the pokedex unless you break the shell

It will forever haunt me that I may very well have killed a shiny minior

Minior is that at first but it's a reverse Darmanitan which means once its health gets low enough it gets a monstrous attack and speed stat which is supplemented by shell smash.
