Sets, Typing, Teams, Strategies, etc.
What do you guys think? Is it better or worse than you thought? If you use it, how do you use it?
>>30234982
It's obviously very well balanced, seeing as it's Arceus Jr. Parting Shot is nice. Fairy Silvally might be good.
It's pretty good. I use it to fill in cracks in my team's type coverage. But unfortunately, this peepa doesn't know how to stat-manage, so it ends up fainting one way or another when it comes to defending my shit at the E4.
I'm sure that, done by someone who knows better, it could be a really valuable asset to a team. For me, water memory always loaded.
sub 110 speed, shit
literally worse than eviolite type: Null
>>30235056
I thought about using water to cover some weaknesses. Being able to learn the elemental fangs is a neat coverage option for any typing as well.
>>30235091
>no parting shot or snarl
I was hoping for 600 bst, but having 95 for everything is about as close as it gets otherwise.
In a way it works better, putting it in a similar category as Entei Suicune and Raikou, and making it legal in the battle mason style combat setting.
Movepool could be a little bit better, as an arceus-esq mon, I was hoping for more TM diversity.
>>30235198
Yeah, even better is that it can learn Flame Charge. It might not do anywhere near as much damage because of having the water memory loaded, but it's a pretty hilarious way to cover a lot of bases at oncewhile raising some eyebrows.
If you dont go Naive mixedVally with Ice beam,Flamethrower, Double-edge, partign shot
dont use Silvally
>>30235611
>not boltbeam
>>30235611
That actually sounds amazing, Anon. I might give it a try.
>>30235308
True enough. Fire Fang works wonders if you can outspeed with dat flinch. Not a bad stab combo if you're running Fire Memory.
It's a shitmon
could've been top tier OU if it had recover
Give me good sets for maxed attack and speed silvally, got one earlier in a giveaway.
Anyone using normal typing? Shame it doesn't get Extreme Speed
>>30235632
How does boltbeam kill skarm
ill wait
>>30235735
Yes because MixedVally is at home with life orb
>>30235672
Shit, yeah. Really, I'd just love to hoard the things and see how many viable sets I can make out of it. I might be a total retard when it comes to being competitive, but I know when something does/doesn't work.
Really, it's just fun to have one in general. They're also pretty cute.
>>30235752
skarmory is weak to electric dumbass
>>30235752
Isn't Thunderbolt super effective?
>>30235803
Is that pokemon even good? normal dragon?
>>30235752
you're a fucking retard
>>30234982
I've heard pivot based sets are the best choice for it.
>>30235817
Drampa is seriously underestimated in the current meta
Thunderbolt, Surf, Extrasensory, Draco Meteor, and you can put Sap Sipper on it if you want to totally dick on Tapu Bulu
>>30235789
I also considered gathering an army of them. GTS is shit but managing at least one more would be cool.
>It's adorable
>>30235803
>>30235810
>>30235826
Ok it kills skarm
but fire covers more typings
4 types are weak to fire 2 are weak to electric
>>30235855
>tfw I got a sap sipper 4 IV possible reject in wonder trade today
Well time to slam, and welcome to the jam.
>>30235875
Yeah, peepa's hanging around until someone puts out more of them. I just want a ton of these big ol' cuties.A thought: putting a vest on one and using it as a service pokemon
>>30235882
I totally agree with fire. Pokemon Database needs to update it's Coverage Calculator though. Would make this debate much easier.
>>30235817
you can run a sub roost set and get free beserk boost
its got good coverage
>>30235974
I want a damned Silvally plushie. Needs more toys. I've only seen one and it was homemade
Im seriously considering hacking some of these in
not that I'm too lazy to get one, I just want more than just one
I just wish that null and the UBs could breed
It kinda makes sense for the UBs to be able to breed, because they're essentially Ultra Space pokemon
>>30236036
I'd love if those existed. It'll be a bit before plushies of them are made officially, though.
>>30235817
It's a Dragon type with 135 special attack, Roost, Glare, Roar, respectable bulk, and the offensive movepool of a Normal type. The only thing holding it back is shit speed.
It'll have its niches in the higher tiers, but I really think it'll shine as king of RU this gen.
>>30236031
>>30236070
>just got back into pokemon again
I have no idea what you just said. I haven't done pokemon much since way back in emerald as a kid. Oh well I'll probably figure things out as I keep playing and doing more trading and battling.
>>30236099
Then you're in the wrong thread
I'm using mixed Electric with Multi-Attack, Poison Fang, and Flamethrower.
Jumping back and forth between maybe using Psychic.
is anyone else aware this crazy thing can learn Draco Meteor
I have an extra Type: Null if anyone wants it
>wears a helmet to restrain its power
>the only stat that's being restrained is its speed
>>30236451
Put up a listing of a female popplio and state your IGN.
>>30235730
I didn't even look at that thing because it was adamant.....you'd have to scarf it or run (lol) flame charge for it to be able to pull anything meaningful off.....
That said if you do scarf it....probably Double Edge, Parting shot, Crunch, and a filler coverage move
I'm gonna use a z-powered parting shot to heal golisopod for poops and giggles
