It doesn't but most things that swap or pass abilities (Skill Swap, Receiver, Power of Alchemy) don't work with it. The only way to give it to another poke is to have Shedinja use Mimic to learn Entrainment and then use it on your desired target, which is quite a risky setup to pull off.

can pokemon A use mimic on a smergale's Sketch , so that Pokemon A mimics sketch and then uses sketch to permanently learn a move?
I doubt it since I'd think this would be used for every mimic user then, but I'd like to believe in miracles
