What? No, no, see, Talonflame is perfectly obtainable in-game, hell there's even an in-game trade for a Gale Wings one. It's just that Gale Wings has been nerfed into the ground. You can still use Flame Body/Magma Armor for hatching purposes, though HMs as a whole no longer exist thanks to Ride Pager.
