Fixed natures are the last rng cancer that needs to be eradicated. EVs and IVs are a non issue, now less us change their nature.

I literally caught two shiny magby before I caught a timid female Salandit. On the flip side, I got my jolly mimikyu in two tries. Rng is rng.
