Find a friend with a baton pass Eevee (learns at level 33). They might have an evolved one too. If nobody you know is training eevees, go get one, teach it baton pass and trade it to him.
Battle him online
Ask him to use a status move first turn so you can Sketch and not get killed (most baton pass users have at least one status move)
Your Smeargle now has baton pass.

If you don't have any friends to do this with, you could always go buy another 3DS and another copy of the game and od it yourself.

Get a wild Smeargle to sketch it by engaging it with everything but the Baton Pass user fainted, then revive your own Smeargle and send it in for the easy sketch.

This is how I got Spore and Soak on my catcher-Smeargle. I'm tempted to get Skill Swap so I can ability check. I have no luck with abilities so far.
