Is injecting as piss easy as it was when you did a youtube app hack or something in XY? I havnt done any injecting since then, but Soft reseting for legendaries and good IVs is not fun.

question for other elite hackers

I dumped, edited, then reuploaded my save file into my Sun version. Opened the game and found that my character was invisible and the controls and home menu were unresponsive. Had to eject the cartridge to close the game.

What I changed:
>added about 10 boxes worth of legal mons
>gave myself 99,999,999 money

stuck on luma3ds + emunand (9.2 on sysnand) after a hasty update from ancient rxtools to play sm; using menuhax to get into homebrew manager where i can run either luma or other shit.
i want to inject. whenever i try to run any homebrew save manager, i get freeze on a yellow screen; i also seem to be unable to install any homebrew cias in fbi because of "cert signature or hash check failed".
is wiping out the current setup altogeher and moving to arm9loaderhax the only way to get save reloading back to work? did anyone here encounter a similar situation?

is there a way of obtaining your SID *without* pkhex? i found something for the original, 6-digit TIDs using bitwise but now that we have 7-digit TIDs i don't think that it works
