It doesn't matter. I'll take a nature that lowers their main attacking stat. It's the main story it really doesn't matter. I beat it underleveled and with natures that I never even checked.

It depends. If it's something like a glass cannon and it has a -attack +defense nature I'll probably find another one. Otherwise, it's all good.
