What's a good nature, EV spread and moveset for Toxapex?

it has a pool so deep that you can't make this pokemon do EVERYTHING possible. no pokemon is perfect, but it's really good. my own is:
Sassy
252 HP 252 SP Def 4 Def
Recover
Baneful Bunker
Hae
And then I keep switching it up between Scald Venoshock
Ability is merciless btw. I have Merciless AND Regenerator ones in heal balls I can trade you if you care about balltism. All are Sassy.

Both Merciless and Regenerator are great depending on what you're doing.
I think Merciless is more fun, though.

Toxapex (F) @ Poison Barb
Ability: Merciless
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 248 HP / 8 Atk / 252 Def
Lax Nature
- Poison Jab
- Baneful Bunker
- Recover
- Liquidation
had this as my main mon for the main story. It did pretty well and almost took out anything it came across, except for hapu's my little pony. That thing fucked my toxapex

Toxapex @ Black Sludge
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Scald
- Haze
- Recover
- Toxic Spikes/Baneful Bunker
Merciless is shit. Sludge bomb is shit. Venoshock is shit.
Can also consider specially defensive pending team composition.

If you can't find the patience to get a Regenerator one that's fine but don't lie to people. Merciless is a total waste of Toxapex and Toxapex is a total waste of Merciless. The Pokemon is good for Regenerator in combination with its walling, hazing, statusing, hazarding and switching ease.

yeah but that's boring
i myself always try to include signature moves and abilities into the pokemon i train. i understand very well their power could be increased if i cared that much, but it simply isn't as fun.
