It can work as either a physical or special attacker but i highly recommend the former because of focus miss unless you want to run fightnium Z instead of ass vest

there are only 2 users of Pixelate Hyper Voice and the only time you should stay in on either of them is if you're at +1 from DD and can guarantee an OHKO after rocks

But Sylveon can go bulky so it's better to just switch until it's taken some damage

Soundproof also has some niche use like blocking A-Persian's Parting Shot or random Perish Songs I guess
