2nd hour in trying to get pic related.
I've been using adrenaline orb and I got Hold Back from Munchlax gift to help with catching him.
Any other tips you guys might have?

I got a shiny Pichu about 80 in without the charm. I guess it's just patience mostly. The shiny seems to have a chance of appearing right from the moment the chain starts so just keep going. If you get 100 in and you're wasting too many resources just reset and try again - but you're gonna get way better stats from about 40 in apparently.

Yeah, you get more perfect IVs the deeper into the chain you are. I got a Charjabug earlier today with 4 perfect IVs.
