I'm curious about its intended purpose, type, design, how the anime would have tackled it, and how one was supposed to obtain it.
It's just such a bizarre concept that feels nostalgic for some reason

I love this thing. Imagine a white, fluffy ball of cuteness and you get Kurusu.
My only complain is that it lacks holes, but I'm sure fanarts would make up for that.

It looks like proto Blaziken but the trainer riding it appears to have some sort of significance suggesting it could've been a legendary.
If this was Latias only one could wonder what Latios looked like
