Has anyone found the Macho Brace yet? Googling yields nothing.

I never understood how the Power items worked
does it turn all EVs into the item's dessignated EV? (ex. my Pokemon is holding a Power Anklet and I battle a Pelipper which gives 2 Def EVs, do they become 2 Speed EVs)

Power items add EVs of a stat whenever you gain experience, in addition to what EVs you'd normally get from a pokemon. So fighting a Yungoos normally gives 1 Atk EV. If you had a Power Bracer on while fighting, you'd receive 5 Atk EVs- 1 from the yungoos, and 4 from the bracer. This can also be doubled by PKRS as well, so you could end up with 10 Atk EVs from a single yungoos encounter.
