Lack of Moonblast/Play Rough and a good physical electric attack really kills its potential to be amazing. It's pretty damn good as is, though. Don't let that base 95 special attack fool you, that Thunderbolt hits HARD.

I prefer Volt Switch over U-turn.

Ground-types can block it, sure, but there are so many Rocky Helmet users running around for Pheromosa that it's not worth it. You can use Grass Knot, too.

Electric Terrain STAB Volt Switch of base 130 Speed is really fucking good, anyway. Perfect hit-and-run attacker.

HP Ice is if you wanna check Lando-T specifically, since most other things Dazzling Gleam does nice as well.

U-Turn and Brave Bird should also be taken into consideration for what specifically you want him to do, along with Thunderbolt vs Thunder vs Wild Charge.

Some people bash his movepool, others say he's very versatile.
