Technically all of the ones rideable on land replace the bike, it depends on what speed you wanna move. I prefer Stoutland's standard running speed, it's faster than Tauros when not charging but more controllable then Tauros when charging, a nice middleground. It's also the only one that doesn't replace what would normally be an HM.

Stoutland is easier to use and almost as fast, you slowpoke. You don't even have to press B

Stoutland is the bike when just moving around. Tauros is the bike for breeding.
That little cramped spot directly in front of the Daycare? Spin the circle pad around while holding the B button while riding Tauros.
It's probably to the quickest way to hatch eggs when paired something with Flame Body.
