Where are you even supposed to find him in Moon? I'm running around the place where you ride the metal elevators up the mountain before the E4, but to no avail.

you could go calm mind/ roost/ STABs, that's good if you want to utilise bulky stats.

you could go specs with STABs & bolt beam, I guess that's a decent enough option in trick room

Substitute, roost & life orb are nice if you can play smart to proc your ability.

Roost/ roar/ glare for a parashuffle I guess...

dunno really, wherever you want to fit it into a team, Drampa is slightly underwhelming if you aren't building a team around it.

If you're using both of your STABs, you're gonna want Flamethrower/Fire Blast for sure so you aren't walled by every Steel type.
