Not really, even after using one Autotomize, its Heavy Slam still hits at max power, Celesteela is THAT heavy. Its Fire weakness is probably the main thing that keeps it in check aside from Leech Seed being its only recovery move. But its Fire weakness won't be a problem anymore once it learns Earthpower via move tutor

Its weaknesses also cover and are covered by other secondary typings like steel and electric. Also why zapdos and gliscor are such a good tanks, and why ice isn't shit since flying/anything gives a lot of strong mons 4x weakness.

Steel/Flying with Multiscale would be perfect. Do it, GameFreak!!!!
