Do you think Alola forms and Ultra Beasts will be integrated to the spin offs? I guess stuff like shuffle is no problem but what about the mystery dungeons or rumble games if those are still a thing.

Yes, both are still a thing. I'm not sure about PMD, but Rumble Pokémon are just toys, so there shouldn't be any problem.
