Just finished the league with just her, Tsareena and Salazzle(due to Citra). She got a very good coverage. Shadow ball, Sparkling aria, Moonblast and Ice beam kill most of things and she has enough bulk to survive everything but Bloom Doom.

Nope, burn-healing serves no purpose but to be a downside to the attack. I don't know why the other starters get beneficial effects but Primarina gets a negative one. Maybe someone on the dev team just didn't like it or something. Would explain a lot.

If they wanted to do that they could have given it a straight-up healing move or something. I just see no reason for it to get a move like that. There is really no situation where you would ever want to heal a burn.

Maybe they intended for it to be a Smelling Salts but decided to cut the bonus damage at the last minute for some reason. Would make sense, as they did the same thing for it's HA. Again, can't think of any reason but that they just didn't like it.
