I love modest. Flash cannon, air slash, fire blast, and autonimize is a fun set. Once you get a kill it just snowballs and sweeps.

Mixed is also good with heavy slam, earthquake, and fire blast. Defensive sets are alright too but I honestly think they are a waste of beast boost. This thing shines as a bulky attacker.

Nihilego should be Timid.

Buzzwole can be both Adamant or Jolly but since you can catch 2, get both.

Pheromosa has several good natures. Jolly or Timid for pure physical or special and Naive or Hasty for mixed.

Xurkitree should be Timid or Modest but you could catch two.

Kartana should always be Jolly.

Celesteela depends on what you want it to do. I heard that the specially defensive set with a Leech Seed is pretty popular so you could go careful. Also I heard it gets autonomize so you can make it a special sweeper with modest and keep getting sp atk raises with every kill.

Dunno about Guzzlord. Probably a physical or special tank set with Impish or Careful.
