They don't have EV, IV, Nature, or BP related codes at all. You're literally paying for a USB dongle to add money into the game at this point.

Sure the codes Powersaves has right now are limited but there are people who would rather throw money at something than learn. And this is exactly the user base of this product. I'd love to hack my 3DS, but I only have the one, and it's 11.something. Pretty much every guide I've seen requires you to already have another hacked 3DS.

if you can use PKHeX right now it means you are 11.0, 11.1 or below that. If you are below that then install a9lh and just install savadatafiler or JKSV (this is really easy to use). If you are on 11.0 or 11.1 then wait until slowhax comes out, maybe a month maybe two.

It's not that simple. Powersaves dumps a raw image of the save from the 3ds card. After that, I'm assuming, they upload that + the info needed to decrypt it to a 3DS farm, edit it, and send it back to put on your card. You'd need some way to get them to send the decrypted save back. They also protect against resigning saves.
