Alolan Rattata/ Raticate is the best, by far. In what other game but Pokemon Sun/ Moon can you catch, breed, raise and battle Republican Senator Ted Cruz, power him up to his Super Saiyan form, and play with his cheeks and belly after battles? You can even battle him against/ alongside Donald Trump, for maximum combo potential.
