Ash-Greninja should have its ability swapped to a new ability when it transforms. Something like Protean + Adaptability. It's not right that Ash-Greninja isn't stronger than base Greninja.

The Gundam was sent to the shadow realm by Smogon just recently. You'll have to ask someone who is more knowledgeable about it.
Jobtoad is considered an event Pokemon, so it's banned from all official tournaments. So you'll only see it in the sim battles if people choose to run it.
