Egg moves are the most reliable to consistently breed since they're 100%.
Nature and Ability are also rather easy to breed.
Get those 3 right first, after that worry about IV.

Like I've got the Lunala from the story and I understand you get another Cosmog in post-game, but they can't be bred. So that leaves two forms in the line that you can't have at the same time. Yes, it uses Gen 5's EXP scaling. So you get a crapton if you're a lower level than what you beat and piss if you're a higher level than what you beat. Keeps all of your Pokemon nice and even but makes it nearly impossible to level after you beat the League.

Swap rockruff for Stamina Mudbray. It can learn rock moves through TM and also learns heavy slam later on if you're looking for steel move. It also learns EQ naturally but learn a slightly weaker attack than EQ (which is its signature move) pretty early.

I'd recommend Ligtning rod A-marowak for the last slot but you'll stuck with shit moves until late game though.

Serebii says that it gives you 4 EV's per session so in theory 63 sessions should yield 252 EV's in a single stat.

I put in Solgaleo for 63 sessions with the speed boost drink and his speed EV's aren't maxed at the end. What a gyp.

The game's description says Thunderbolt I believe. Pikachu learns that move pretty late: like level 42 it should be. A-Raichu has that a relearn-able move, but the Move Relearner is at the game's final Pokemon center at the end.
