Anon here's about to grab a copy of SuMo, but I'm also scared about all the rumors about double battle lag that have been scattered around
Online double battle , while using a vanilla 3DS, is okay? Or the lag is simply unacceptable?

I thought, after toughing out a week and a half of /vp/'s whining, that the game would be near unplayable due to the low framerate.
Turns out its not that bad at all, even on an o3DS. It's a bit laggy, but once you start clearing the field it picks up.

It definitely chugs a bit when all the pokemon are on screen, and there's also a bit of hang after selecting a move, but it's really not that big of an issue.

because some camera angles are rendered seperatly additional which is stupid
