Yes.
it is already faster than most Alolan pokemon and it has "Disguise" ability if the other poke were to out speed it.

Adamant makes it hit hard when its turn comes up especially with Wood Hammer and Play Rough.

Attack is already decent especially if you have swords dance. To make sure you outspeed the opponent for play rough and your last slot go jolly.

well it is a matter of preference.
there both good natures for it and any other would be disappointing.

I was not running mine with sword dances but you bring a good point.
