No I had a powersaves to back up my files, I saved in the daycare and the glitch happened. I had to install oothax and use pkhex to change my characters location. I used to have menuhax but I updated so that couldn't have done it.

I think it was a floating point error that could sometimes happen when altering your trainer data. It got fixed in later versions though.
