Experienced the exact same bug in Nanu's office. Thought I screwed something up pkhexing and imported my backup save to fix the bug... I increased the number of my pokebeans then.

What do normies mean by this?

When you save in front of the battle tree PC (probably specific angle) you're invis, and no matter what you press you get teleported to the route just before it.

If you are playing on cfw just pkhex your location, it fixes the problem. Had the Same issue

What this guy refuses to mention is that he just used PKHeX to edit his trainer information before loading the game back up.

It's been fixed in the latest commits to PKHeX, he can warp wherever he wants to get unstuck.

I didn't have a specific tool in mind. However, if you are capable of using "illicit tools" in general, you have access to things that can either change your in-game coordinates or otherwise restore from a previous save.

I was using pkhex to change my pokes met dates to hide the fact that they were from the leaked copy. I usually keep a copy of the pre-edit save, but this time I just said fuck it and edited it straight away without giving a shit. At least I can still edit my position, but I don't feel like reinstalling this shit game again.

Somehow, I managed to get out of it by running out of the nursery.
