It's pretty solid but Disney has quite a track record. Ignoring live action films as I ASSUME you were talking about animated children's movies:

Emperor's New Groove
Black Cauldron
Winnie the Pooh (both the 2011 and 1977 versions)

Lion King

are all at least on Par with L&S and I would claim many of them are better.

This is also excluding Disney Pixar movies and the new Marvel/Star Wars movies.
