For Zydog, I don't think so. He's strong, but his BST doesn't even break 500. He's like an average mon in-game.

His stats are average, not necessarily bad though. He's not overpowered by any means. If you like the design go for it. I was debating myself on adding it to the party

It's fine. Z10 doesn't have legendary stats, it's no more cheating than using Salazzle (both are very similar in stats, both are glass cannons).

Only if it's Aura Break. Stats wise he isn't nearly enough broken and you'll have to progress the story to find the specific Cores for his signature moves.

When you get more cells (or kill other Zygarde you trade in for cells), you can add them to your Zygarde at any point. You're not locked out at all.

But once you get to 100 cells/cores, I think he'll always have Power Construct.

Not at all. Its BST is like 485, and its best stats are Attack (100) and Speed (115). Its movepool is okay, the best I could come up with is:
-Crunch
-Stone Edge
-Thousand Arrows
-Brick Break

Outrage comes very late, and I ignored Dragon Dance because that would make it too easy. It's basically just a fast ground type with decent attack

Is there a reason to use 10% if 50% also gets power construct?

Is there a guide for Zygarde cell locations for Pokemon Sun? Serebii uses Pokemon Moon, which has a few different locations.

Here's a guide for it. No different locations, but several are time based, so they can only be found during the day or night. Probably what you were thinking of by version differences.

Just used this guide last night and this morning and I can confirm 100% of the locations

You get new ivs/nature when you create a new one from the core. This includes separating a zygarde and reusing the cells. They are shiny locked.
When you add to an old one, it keeps moves/ivs/evs/shininess/etc.

Zygarde 10% doesn't have very high stats. He's nowhere near OP as long as he doesnt have power construct.
