No, the mega evolution button and the z-move button go in the same place, and mega takes priority over Z.
You'd have to have someone transform into mega rayquaza with the Z crystal.

So after two and a half days of grinding and not progressing the story or game since release; stuck at the Trainer School farming Alola Grimers I FINALLY got a Adamant Grimer BUT it has Gluttony instead of Poison Touch.

Should I pucker up and keep grinding for one with Poison Touch? Or just drop it, keep the one I have and continuing playing the game I haven't even started yet

I think it's easier to get an everstone and breed a new Adamant Grimer until you have the ability you want.
You can breed on Island two and it will catch up in level very soon.

My answer would be:
No it's not worth it. Nature is largely unimportant and on a muk it'll only give you an extra 31 attack at level 100. Since you're probably going to end the game at about 50-60 assume roughly half of that. You've spent two and a half days for 15 atk. This is also assuming you maximize EVs and max out attack which, for an ingame Pokemon is hugely unlikely so consider it between 8-12 atk.

Having a grimer with Poison Touch would be more beneficial than having an Adamant one and honestly neither of those are key factors because in your ingame team literally anything can work.

That's what my answer WOULD be, but you're clearly autistic and are going to continue grinding for one no matter what anyone says so go for it. Get a hexaperfect shiny adamant Grimer before actually playing the game.

Finally found and caught one, anon. Persistence.

I have two questions, the first is for SOS Pokemon. Are all of the Pokemon that could appear called by any of the Pokemon that could appear? Like, against a Pichu. If it calls a Pikachu and I kill the Pichu, can the Pikachu still call a Happiny or does it have to be the original Pichu?

The other question is where can I find Ilima for the second battle after finishing the first island? Do I actually have to go to the second island, then return?

I remember hearing about this before the games came out. Now they're out, and even though I registered my game on the PGL, the global missions lady in the plaza still says there are no missions (I checked on the first day and every subsequent day). Is this real?

I heard that pokemon that get called to help can have egg moves. Does Pikipek call for help and will it be easier to chain for one that has brave bird rather than breeding it?

Also does a pokemon with cute charm have to be in the front of the party for the whole battle for chained pokemon to be the opposite gender, or can the pokemon be fainted or switched out and it'll still work?

Can you bring in pokemon that aren't in the game through injection yet or do we need to wait until Pokemon Bank update?

Guide is

People with red thoughts have questions. They give FC. Connect to the internet, exit and enter again to reset them.
At level ~5(?) you can ask them for booths. Those cost FC. Up to 800, I believe. What of theirs you get is random every time.
At level 10, you can ask for clothes from visitors of the same sex. As above, it's random. VIP people who have stuff you want so you can keep asking. Prices vary.

You get three event tickets per day, plus Plato will give you one every time you refuse a new booth.
The 'type matching' event gives the most since you can get a point for every NPC and don't have to reset as often. It also gives 5FC per star. It's ""hard"" though. The other ones give less and you can easily get fewer stars because of how many times you need to reset the NPCs.
Joining existing events is free. You'll also get more FC because of higher total score.

It's a helper that is sometimes called by Pichu.

I used my own Pichu to attract wild Pichu using Static and then had my Butterfree fight until it called a Pikachu.
