Yeah. I thought I had to wait until I could break those rocks to block it from the other side. I didn't realize I could simply outrun it. Oh well. My Vikavolt is probably the 2nd MVP of this run behind the impenetrable physical fortress that is Stamina Mudsdale with Rest.

4/6 because Alolan Golem and Alolan Persian are awful Pokémon. Work on that Mudbray, though. If it has Stamina, it will probably be the MVP of your run once it evolves into Mudsdale at level 30. Teach it Rest.

Just finished the third challenge, but thus far it seems like they trimmed fat, streamlined a lot which is the biggest thing that had been missing after having added more more more each gen, and are making it feel more like a living breathing world where Pokemon are part of everyday life. Personally effectively making your gym badges as the means to use special attacks is pretty cool as well.

Speaking of Snorlax though, Z-Metronome is a fucking pisser. I love it.

how come there are literally no decent special attackers with at least average speed this gen? not just the speed, but almost everything is physical this gen, just looked at my team and my only special attacker is an alolan raichu

I've grown to like Torracat quite a bit, so I don't regret picking second worst starter. Lycanroc is my top dog. Kangaskhan was called in when I was trying to catch a Cubone, and I couldn't pass it up. Gyarados is a staple, though he has no water moves yet. Haunter has been a great help with Totems, because FUCK Curse and its unfair damage.

Not sure if I want to keep Sylveon on the team, he's pretty weak.

I always name my Snorlax Dozer and my Machamp Atlas or Macha/Macho, so it was a pleasantly convenient surprise when the in game trade Machop had the same name. Ichabod is the name of a giant many-eyed owl from my headworld. Zira is a Planet of the Apes reference.

All of these guys are in my top 10 favourites as of Sun and Moon.

I have a hand full of Pokemons I'm training right now. They're all level 35, and I just beat Guzma in Po Town. Right now I'm just trying to decide who the 6 I'm going to bring with me to follow after Gladeon.

Really wish I could get Lucky Egg, would certainly make training all these Pokemon all the faster.
