They could have easily made that event happen in the same dimension in that same area you go to. It's not used for anything else anyway.

You get a Cosmog that for some stupid reason does not evolve into the alternste dimension's coresponding Box Legendary, so they should just have made it appear in the main dimension and get fucking rid of that waste of cartridge space.

There's not even the opposite version's version exclusives.
