I tried to go online with a team that was partially injected or edited, and wasn't able to because there was a "problem" with one or more of my pokemon
I dumped the save and checked the legality of my team in PKHeX, and while the injected mons were completely legal, it had problems with two of the mons I had caught completely legit
I caught a Quindaquil from the in-game QR thingo and it complained about it's encounter location
and it complained about my Pikachu knowing Volt Tackle despite being taught by a move tutor
Does anyone know what the problem might be?

Don't have a 3ds lower than 11.0, and I have Powersaves which doesn't have the codes yet.
So until Powersaves gets codes, I rely on these wonderful people.

I always try to inject my own mons, but for whatever reason the save manager refuses to work with sun on 11.2 and I don't have access to luma or any of the more advanced shit.
My other 3ds stays at 9.2, same yellow screen shit with the save manager, but I can't dump tickets in there for some reason.

Ok, so I've used JKSM to extract the save data. It produces a main file. I backed that up on my HDD, then loaded it into PKHeX and made my modifications.
I save the changes (File>Export SAV>Export main), and then replace the main file on my SD card with this new one I just created.
Re-enter JKSM, select import instead of export this time, select the main file, and then leave.

I go and boot up my copy of the game and... nothing is changed.
Am I not saving it properly? Am I not restoring the main file properly? Am I fucking up in some completely separate way? Please help me be less retarded with this.
