Let's play a game. Roll, last two digits decide a pokémon to spend an apricorn ball on.
Pic related shows the pokémon now available in apricorn that weren't before (i.e. that will still be unique after Bank unlocks.) Some, like staryu, are listed because they are now breedable with HA + apricorn ball.
P.S. Some info: Gen VII mechanics passes down balls 50/50 from either gender when breeding M+F of the same species, and 100% when breeding with a ditto, so genderless and male-only can now pass down balls. Correction to OP. M+F same-species passes down balls heavily favoring the female, so it's not 50/50. But males can pass down balls, which is new.
