You earn 7bp for every fight once you hit a streak of 50 in the battle tree. Royal is ass, you only get 5 bp for winning master rank.

Battle tree is the quickest way to farm BP, Battle Royal takes too long for too little BP.
just EV train a offensive OU team in Poke Pelago and call it a day-
