Z-splash, Leech Life, and Play Rough are a good set for it. Makes for a good physical sweeper who can set up the +3 attack of free on the first turn due to ability.

It's definitely viable because Disguise lets you get a free SD against offense-oriented teams and then start slapping back with +2 STAB Shadow Sneaks. But IIRC Disguise doesn't protect it from status or Intimidate/Taunt so there's that to watch out for.
