My favorite Pyukumuku sets to run is Toxic/Protect/Recover/Taunt with Leftovers. Toxic, then alternate between Protect and Recover, Taunting if you need to. It can't do anything against Poison or Steel types, or anything with Taunt or Magic Bounce, but it absolutely wrecks everything else. I've even taken down Primal Groudons with this.

I actually use Innards Out. I've heard Unaware is probably better, but sometimes if your opponent gets a good hit in, you can end up taking them down as well.

As for Counter vs. Taunt, I use Taunt to deal with people who think Pyuku is just setup bait. I guess Counter would work better if you get taunted by a physical attacker, but if you get taunted by someone with a special move, you're screwed.

Well if you get taunted by someone with a special move, while you're running Taunt over Counter you're screwed anyways.
