Has anyone found Feebas in Sun and Moon?

Keep exiting and re-entering until you see the puddles bubbling, and cast your line, I found a Feebas there.

I've been soft resetting right before this ripple for about an hour. Nothing but Magikarp and Goldeen. Do I just have shit luck?

Yeah. 5% chance for feebas is still pretty bad.

I just soft resettes at the spot above the water trial.
Took me 40 minutes to find 2.
