I've heard people claim that it is now possible to achieve that without injection or RNG abuse. Namely, *supposedly* when a pokemon calls for help the one that arrives will always have better IVs than the one that called, so in theory if you have a ditto do 100+ calls for help then you'll get a 31 IV ditto eventually.

I'm not sure if that's actually true, though.

How do I know if my pokemon's EVs are maxed in one stat/at all? I'm chaining haunters for special attack and it seems to just be kinda a faint yellow line going maybe halfway to the end. Will it reach all the way to the hexagon at max?

So far I've gotten cafes, fortune teller tents, lotto stands, bouncy houses, shops... I think that's it.
The cafes can either boost EVs, Level, or Friendship depending on what kind it is. The lottos have prizes you draw once a day. Bouncy houses raise certain EVs depending on what time it is. Fortune Teller tents give you new phrases. Shops have stuff to buy.

Thats just a bonus feature though, the actual intent of it is so that if you want to find a Pokemon and your buddy has caught it, you can scan the code and be able to see where it is caught on your game.

There's aldo ghost houses (fuck if I know what they do) and dye shops (dye your white clothing a specific color with FC, or any color by spending berries. * is pastel colors, ** is dark colors, *** is either. 'Normal' colors are version locked unless you buy them from a park goer.)
