Yeah unless you want a few gimmicks like Pursuit (It scares a lot of pokes off so it can get damage in), X-Scissor (If you want that little bit extra and want to lose the switch out), Frustration or return.

Fell Stinger doesn't sound very useful to me.
If Beedrill doesn't KO with a strong attack like Poison Jab or Knock Off it's guaranteed that he'll die next turn, so the opportunities to use Fell Stinger are low. The buff will also be lost frequently since switching out with U-Turn is Beedrill's main job.
