I thought the only fishing spot in the game was the fishing area outside the floating restaurant in Seafolk. That's where I caught mine, and the only spot that shows up on the Pokedex.

Should be in the same area -- they're all in the seaport on the 4th island. It's just a matter of which fishing spot you choose.

Honestly before I saw how it attacked with it's anchor I wasn't really too much of a fan of the design, especially because it just looks like it has no real face. But that attack animation is fucking beautiful and the compass somewhat looks like an eye. It also seems to be based on a shipwreck that was found in Hawaii. Hoping I can find a Dhelmise because of that shit encounter rate.
