It's because the layered one is more goofy than cool and Caesar is too short, it seems like it'd be cool if it was a bit longer.

So this hairstyle is the best we can do in terms of sensible but still pretty cool looking, it's a little "too" classy for my liking, I'd like something a little more like Red or Green's hair but oh well.
