You can do two things to stop this
Kill the old one
Newer ones lower in chance to call for help, adrenaline orbs resets that and then boosts it.
Paralyze it
They can't call for help if they're crippled.
I'm pretty sure Throat Chop also has that effect but That could just be coincidence.
