They all suck shit so it doesn't matter, but Jolteon is the least shit. Glaceon will force you to carry that shit the longest, since Icy Rock isn't until what is essentially Victory Road and Ice is still as shit as ever, sorry, while Espeon is objectively a poor man's Alakazam without its Hidden Ability. If you really want to keep something as shitty as an Eeveelution on your team, let it be Jolteon. Who is still worse than Alolan Raichu, by the way, because being an offensive Pokemon with only one STAB is hard enough when you aren't also gimped by a shitty Eeveelution movepool alongside shitty Eeveelution design.
If you can't tell, I don't really like Eevee.
