So anyone wanna share tips and tricks for the Festival Plaza? Or is there a guide out there for rank levels and different facilities?

Currently at Rank 17 with 1078 FC collected. Next rank up is in 73 FC for a total of 1151 FC

Specialty seems to be PP up for 200 FC. The rest of the stuff is not worth buying. The crackers from all the different regions, packs of 12 ultra balls and some other shit also not worth it.

how do i find my actual friends i have added through friend codes and what does making them a VIP actually do

No idea. you'd 'think' it'd be via the page person in the castle but all he does is list the random npc's currently outside, and your vips, with no way to reset or directly call specific people to your castle.

VIP just keeps them on the games arbitrary list, the default list only the 50 most recent people the games randomly picked.
