Yes she's absolutely fine in game. Too bad you'd ideally want to breed play rough onto her. And I dont think thats really feasible for an ingame team.

Even without play rough egg move she's still great. Train speed ev, teach her acrobatic. Use the one evolve from oblivious nature Bounsweet so she will get queenly majestic (the one from in-game trade is trash as it got leaf guard)

yup, dude, tsareena is amazing. 98 defenses is as good as it gets.

trop kick/acrobatics/high jump kick/synthesis (get the in-game traded bounsweet from the route 5 pcm), breed with a l28 male lurantis for synthesis. beware that it has leaf guard, so you need at least 5 eggs to have a chance of getting an oblivious bousweet.
