It still has the same face as Magearna, comes directly after it in the Pokedex, and has a name with the same first two letters. I don't think the theory is debunked yet.

I decided to tell said anon that manaphy is in that list list it's gen 4's mew clone not shaymin (as some people think).

I assumed he was correcting the list and not the fact that marshadow doesn't have all 100.

If it doesn't have all 100 it isn't this gen's mew.

I don't think it matters at this point since Hoopa doesn't have 100 on every status either, as long as they are "small and cute" i guess they count. Plus they're all mythical anyway.
